The Process
Speed Clean Services exclusive hot water extraction method removes the toughest, deepest dirt, safely and gently. Hot, soft water and specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within carpet fibers. Then, a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture. No other method can provide a deeper clean that lasts so long. This is why even though we perform various types of carpet cleaning we only use steam cleaning unless the carpet fibers does not allow it.

Other Methods
Sometimes seam cleaning isn't always the answer. Mainly because the fabric used in the carpet or upholstery can not handle the moisture or bleeding will occur. this is when the dye used in the fabric will run (bleed) into other colors in the material. this problem is most often seen in area rugs or furniture that has many colors to it such as a floral patterns. Be sure when purchasing furniture or carpet that is is steam clean safe. The tag on the furniture will say "Dry Clean Only" if it is not safe for steam.

Dry Foam
Dry foam is very similar to the shampooing motion that has existed for a long time. It still requires that you do a lot of scrubbing and that you do so in a strong circular manner. The major difference is that with dry foam you do not have to wait for any drying. Often the bubbles will gradually disappear, so there is very little residue left over to deal with. Many Dry foam carpet cleaning systems will have their own built in vacuum to deal with any leftovers. This is one that may not fit the classic definition of dry cleaning, but is a pretty effective way to clean your carpets.

Bonnet (Dry Cleaning)
Again, this is not dry cleaning in its most strict sense. Often this is a cleaning product that is mixed in with cleaning agent. This mixture is then deposited onto the carpet in the form of a light spray of a mist. After this, a round buffer with a carpet bonnet is then used to scrub the carpet in a rotating fashion. This is not recommended for residential application, but commercial quarterly maintenance programs in busy areas is definitely recommended.

The only real drawback to this method is that it usually only cleans the top one third of the carpet. This is perfect if the carpet has no sentimental value, and you are just looking for a quick cleaning solution. However, if you want to get down to those smells and deep down grime you are going to need steam extraction method.
