Today ceramic tile is becoming more popular in residential homes as well as commercial properties. These hard surfaces require maintenance, that is where Speed Clean steps in. Through new technology we now have the most advanced steam "turbo" extraction system that actually cleans the tile and the porous grout and when sealed, the customer can maintain the floors my mopping and the grout will always stay clean for year to come.

All Cleaning technicians are fully trained in all phases of the cleaning industry. Weekly training meetings and constant updates on the latest cleaning chemicals and equipment keeps our staff in touch with the cleaning industry.

Speed Clean has complete insurance coverage for the client to include; workman compensation, Liability, property damage, van and auto coverage.

All employees are in uniform and carry identification badges for security precautions. Every employee must go through an extensive criminal check, good driving record, and drug test, then must have good friendly people skills able to work with the public on a day to day basis.

Dennis Neumann, Vice President of operations has over 34 years in the business. He has trained thousands of employees for janitorial maintenance, floor stripping and waxing, pressure washing, commercial cleaning. Dennis Neumann was responsible for hiring, training of over 250 employees for the grand opening of the Renaissance Center in Detroit, Also opened the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Dearborn which opened on New Years day and had to have the facility 100% immaculate for opening day., Metropolitan airport in Romulus, American Motors Building in Southfield, Opened several buildings in New Orleans, Boston and New York. Throughout the years Dennis wanted to put his knowledge and expertise to work on opening a cleaning business that would be successful in the service industry here in Macomb County, Michigan.
